POCATELLO — Several Gate City residents were arrested by Pocatello Police Department officers Monday.

    David Lawrence Fougerousse, 44, was arrested on Park Avenue just before 9 p.m. for disturbing the peace/disorderly contact and assault. According to a police report, Fougerousee allegedly threatened two subjects with a knife and swung a chain toward them. He was placed on citizen’s arrest by one of the victims until officers arrived. He was then transported to Bannock County Jail and incarcerated in lieu of bond.

    Wade Paul Leonard, 24, was arrested on four active warrants at about 1 p.m. in the area of 322 W. Griffith St. He was also issued a citation for resisting and obstructing officers who said they were trying to identify him.

    Brooke Sue Arellano, 19, was arrested on two outstanding warrants in the area of 325 W. Griffith St. at about 12:50 p.m.

    Cody Danial Binger, 27, was arrested on a warrant just after 5 p.m.

    All three individuals were also taken to the Bannock County Jail.
