POCATELLO — A Pocatello man was arrested Sunday in connection with a burglary involving stolen firearms.

    Pocatello Police Department officers made contact with Wade Paul Leonard, 24, at a West Quinn Road location where they indicated he was in possession of several stolen items.

    Leonard is charged with grand theft and misdemeanor theft. PPD officials say he also had a warrant out for his arrest.

    Andrae Kenneth Griggs, 25, of Pocatello, is accused of burglary and possession of a controlled substance. Officers caught up with Griggs after they say he was attempting to sell stolen items on Sunday. They indicated that a search of the vehicle he was in turned up a stolen Nintendo Wii, a digital scale with white granular residue on it and an open bag of syringes.

    The residue on the scale was later tested and came up positive for methamphetamine, according to police.

    Joshua John Summerlin, 34, of Pocatello, and Roben James Hull, 39, of Chubbuck, also face drug-related charges. Summerlin was cited for possession of paraphernalia as well.

    Daniel John Tuckett, 30, of Pocatello, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol last Saturday.

    John Joseph Trussel, 25, of Pocatello, is accused of aggravated assault.

    Jeffrey James Redden, 26, of Pocatello, was arrested and charged with battery on Sunday.

    Raul Ramon Gonzales, 51, of Pocatello, faces a charge related to the alleged possession of forged checks.

    All individuals were taken to the Bannock County Jail.
