POCATELLO - A local psychic believes Eric Elle, a state employee from Pocatello who went missing last week, suffered a stroke while driving near Rupert, crashed his car and died the following day as a result of the injuries he sustained in the crash.

Kat Anders, a former school teacher and a local palm reader, said she used a process known as dousing to attempt to locate Eric Elle. She believes Elle's car is lying on its side in the desert northwest of Rupert.
