BLACKFOOT — A Pingree man will serve time in prison for lewd and lascivious conduct.

Paul L. Hart was sentenced on Monday to serve at least three years in prison with the possibility of 18 for the felony crime, said Bingham County Prosecuting Attorney Cleve B. Colson. 

Hart, who was was charged with the crime for an incident that occurred on July 18, will be credited for the 131 days he has already served in jail, according to court records.
