Idaho State Police investigated a single-vehicle rollover that injured one person on U.S. Highway 26 west of Blackfoot on Saturday at 2 p.m., according to a news release.
Colby Keppner, 15, of Blackfoot, was driving west in a 2000 Chevrolet S10 pickup. Then Keppner drove off the road onto the right shoulder. He swerved back onto the road, overcorrected and his vehicle rolled. Keppner's vehicle came to rest on its side off the right shoulder. Â
Keppner had two juvenile passengers in the vehicle; one was transported by ground ambulance to the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. Keppner and one of his passengers were wearing seat belts, but the second passenger was not.
