POCATELLO — Those with the Lewis & Clark Neighborhood Association will announce winners of their “Candy Cane Awards”  Dec. 19 in the evening time.

    The “Candy Cane Awards” are given to homes that capture the Christmas Spirit with elaborate yard decorations.

    It is estimated that seven homes will receive a “Candy Cane Award” this year. They will receive a box of candy canes, an award certificate and cub scouts’ caroling.

    The neighborhood association encompasses an area from Poleline Road to Yellowstone Avenue and Gould Street, south to Z Street.
