A 2-vehicle accident occurred on the corner of Quinn and Philbin Roads at approximately 3:30 p.m. Thursday. A small sedan and a van collided with one person reporting a head injury.

Philbin Rd will continue to be a hazard. Just wait until they close the ramps on the freeway at Chubbuck. It will be a nightmare. 60 mph is the new 45
