POCATELLO — The Idaho State University Association of Indian Students will host Indian Night on Saturday, Oct. 20, from 6 to 9 p.m. in the ISU Pond Student Union Ballroom.

The event will feature authentic Indian food, including jeera rice, butter chicken, sambnar (a lentil-based dish from southern India), matter paneer (a north Indian curry made with peas and cottage cheese), tomato chutney, Indian baked potatoes and mango lassi. It will also feature a variety of events highlighting Indian culture, including several dances and a short skit. 

Tickets purchased in advance are $6 for students, $7 for faculty and staff and $9 for the general public. Tickets will be one dollar more at the door. Tickets may be purchased at the Pond Student Union and Rendezvous Complex Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
