    IDAHO FALLS — An Idaho Falls woman is accused of stealing more than

$16,000 over the course of two years from Reginald Reeves’ law office.     

    Misti D. Bird, 36, was arrested Tuesday and charge with four counts of forgery and one count of grand theft by embezzlement.

    According to the Idaho Falls Police Department report, officers began investigating Reeves’ claims at the end of March. Bird was his secretary from 2011 until she was fired in Jan. of 2013.

    Bird was taken to the Bonneville County Jail.

I've seen some bad mugshots-sure hope she wasn't tuned up.
