   IDAHO FALLS — Lyndsey Sue Whitney, 30, of Idaho Falls, has been arrested in connection with a felony abuse-related charge.
   The felony arrest warrant for abuse, neglect or exploitation of a vulnerable adult was issued Tuesday morning, according to police.
   Idaho Falls Police Department officials say the investigation involving Whitney began in April of 2013 after an 87-year-old woman reported abuse. The alleged victim indicated that Whitney had taken advantage of her financially as well.
  Whitney was taken to the Bonneville County Jail.
