Mary Ann Funk

    IDAHO FALLS — An Idaho Falls woman was arrested Tuesday night for having an open container of alcohol in her vehicle and for felony driving under the influence.

    Mary Ann Funk, 54, is also charged with possession of marijuana and has prior DUI convictions, according to police.

    Idaho Falls Police Department officials indicated that Funk was stopped near Pancheri Drive and Colorado Avenue around 7:15 p.m. for a traffic violation.

    Funk was taken to the Bonneville County Jail.
