IDAHO FALLS — Authorities are currently investigating the death of a 16-month-old Fort Hall baby who died on Dec. 31 due to a skull fracture.

    Esmiie Quezada was taken to the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center and later flown to Primary Children’s Hospital, according to Idaho Falls Police Department

officials. She died at the Salt Lake City hospital.

    According to the police report, the child was found unresponsive in the early morning hours of Dec. 30 while staying at a residence in the 500 block of West Shelley Street in Idaho Falls.
