   IDAHO FALLS — Michael Gabriel Perez, 26, of Ammon, was arrested Sunday and charged with aggravated battery after police say he punched a 30-year-old man in the face.
   According to the police report, Idaho Falls Police Department officers were waived down by a female near Broadway and Shoup avenues around 1 a.m. in reference to a friend that had been punched by an unknown male outside in a parking lot.
   The alleged victim identified the suspect as Perez. He was taken to the Bonneville County Jail.
