David Bell

Idaho Falls Police arrested 40-year-old David Bell for sexual battery of a child between 16-17 years of age following an investigation into an incident in 2010.

Bell of Idaho Falls was arrested on Wednesday.

According to reports, the victim, who was 17 years old at the time, reported the crime  on Aug. 12, 2012.
