Jose Mendoza-Cabrera

Idaho Falls Police arrested 29-year-old Jose Mendoza-Cabrera for felony driving under the influence early Sunday morning.

Mendoza-Cabrera of Idaho Falls was also booked into the Bonneville County Jail for driving without privileges.

According to reports, officers stopped Mendoza-Cabrera just after midnight for a traffic violation at Yellowstone and Anderson. Officers determined Mendoza-Cabrera was under the influence of alcohol.

He has had at least two prior DUI convictions in the last 10 years.
