Idaho Falls Police arrested 24-year-old Jonathan A. Lew for two felony counts of battery on a police officer at a the Shilo Inn and Convention Center’s Halloween party early Sunday morning.

Lew of Idaho Falls was also arrested for disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

According to reports, a Shilo employee reported to police that Lew was assaulting several customers on the dance floor at their Halloween party.

Lew refused to leave the dance floor and started fighting with police. Lew dropped to the floor and began kicking two officers.

Officers were able to detain Lew. He was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
