POCATELLO — School officials at Greenacres Elementary kept students inside during recess time Wednesday after law enforcement agents told them they identified a suspicious onlooker near the facility.

In addition, anyone who attempted to enter into the elementary school were asked to provide photo identification.

School District 25 officials indicated that students were allowed to board school buses and be picked up by their parents at the day without any problems.

Pocatello Police Department officers were able to identify the suspicious individual and plan on questioning him.

The elementary school is located at the intersection of 15th Avenue and Oak Street in Pocatello.
