POCATELLO — George Valentine has joined Zions Bank as the business banking sales manager for Idaho.

    Based in Boise, he is responsible for supporting the growth of commercial and small business lending throughout the entire Gem state.

    Valentine is a former Wells Fargo bank employee, where he was a principal banking relationship manager. According to a news release, he has more than 30 years of experience in commercial and consumer lending, with an emphasis in loan quality and administration, marketing, training, customer service and personnel management.
