A handful of wrecks were reported Monday and Tuesday, with the most serious occurring north of Downey late Monday evening.

    At approximately 10:56 p.m. Idaho State Police investigated an injury crash where Jodi Neal, 26, of Pocatello, was driving a 1995 Mitsubishi Mirage south on I-15 when the vehicle left the roadway into the median and rolled her vehicle before coming to a stop on its top. Neal was taken to Portneuf Medical Center and is in stable condition according to hospital officials.

    Another accident occurred Tuesday at approximately 6:24 a.m. Deputies from Fremont County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single vehicle rollover on South Yellowstone Highway near the intersection of E450 N in St. Anthony. The vehicle was traveling north bound when it left the roadway overturned and came to rest in the parking lot of Hathaway Custom Homes. The cause of the crash is still under investigation and no further details were available at press time.

    No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident Tuesday at the intersection of E. Clark and and N. 2nd Street when a white minivan carrying seven people was struck by a car traveling west on Clark street. The van ran the stop sign at the corner of 2nd Street and was struck by the car on it’s driver’s side door before coming to a stop. The driver of the van was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign and no occupants of either vehicles were seriously harmed.
