Church Hate Crime

This LDS church on Whitaker Road in Chubbuck was vandalized in Nov. 2013. Federal Bureau of Investigation agents are currently offering a reward for tips leading to an arrest in what they have now deemed a hate crime.

Despite the fact that a report was released Tuesday indicating the number of active hate groups across the Northwest dropped last year compared to 2012, Federal Bureau of Investigation officials announced a reward the following day in connection with a recent series of hate crimes in Chubbuck.

The FBI reward in the amount of $5,000 is being offered for tips leading to an arrest, or arrests, associated with the vandalism of three Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints meeting houses.

On the eve of Nov. 6 or in the early morning hours of Nov. 7, the churches’ walls, sidewalks and doors were spray painted. The images included male genitalia, inverted crosses and messages such as "Burn in Hell," "Die Mormans" and "Sheepole."

Chubbuck Police Deparment officials said Wednesday they are still taking tips regarding the three open cases.

Anyone who has any information on these hate crimes is being urged to contact the FBI by dialing (208) 344-7843 or the Chubbuck Police Department at (208) 237-7172.

The LDS church has a long history of violence, from the Mountain Meadows massacre of white immigrants to connections with the Bear River Massacre. They lie about their true history to their followers and brain wash them to believing a false idea of history and religion. The LDS church is not a christian religion, they are nothing more then a cult built by a scam artist. It is still a scam today with their missionaries and forced ideas on people around the world. No wonder why someone tagged the church building with hateful words... I'm sure it was some Mormon who came to their senses and realized the lie they are living.

People get sick and tired of having a "religion" forced on them, having their education system, local city, county, state governments controlled by Mormon influence... House of God? No... it's a house of sin and lies...

Is it exhausting, being so full of hate and venom? "Ain't you tired?"

Pocatello , clearly has people in it trying to start a race or culture war.
This ( Theseus ) is clearly one very sick and demented person.

To condone hate and hopes of death on a people because of religion and
to call the Native Peoples of the Fort Hall Reservation -- nothing but a cesspool , is pure evilness .

Somehow I have this feeling this ( Theseus ) will be looked upon as Patriotic American by some here in Pocatello.
It is totally shameful what Pocatello , Idaho has become.

Im no psychologist... I sure don't understand haters.

Haters hated Jesus Christ and his followers thousands of years ago and still today.

Satan will always try to fight against God but who defiles a house of God with spray painting sidewalks, doors, and walls with childish hate? Seriously? How could someone live with themself having done something like this to any church? Writing "die" or "burn" does not make someone die or burn either.

Theseus, I despise you. Dope.

While I don't participate in vandalism, I do despise Mormonism. The misspellings of the vandals shows their intelligence, they would have done better to burn them down. FBI isn't going to catch anyone unless they confess. They wouldn't need help if they could. Good job vandals, you have a fan in me!

Hey friend, why you gotta hate? As trite a platitude as it may sound, the world needs love. Even for those with whom we may disagree. I mean, does hate solve more than love? Does hate solve anything at all?
