Early voting for the 2024 general election ends Friday, Nov. 1 in Idaho.

Every Idaho county offers some form of early voting or in-person absentee voting, according to the Idaho Secretary of State’s Office. In Ada County, early voting ends at 5 p.m. Friday. Until then, early voting is offered from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays at six locations throughout the county:

Ada County Elections Office, 400 N. Benjamin Lane

Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave.

Boise City Hall, 150 N. Capitol Blvd.

Eagle Public Library, 100 N. Stierman Way

Kuna City Hall, 751 W. Fourth St.

Library! At Bown Crossing, 2153 E. Riverwalk Drive

As of Tuesday afternoon 137,867 Idaho voters had voted early, according to the Idaho Secretary of State’s Office. The 137,867 early voters represent about 12.9% of Idaho’s approximately 1 million registered voters.

Information about early voting options in different Idaho counties is available through the Idaho Secretary of State’s Office’s VoteIdaho.com website.

For Idahoans who do not vote early, polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time for those voting in person on Election Day. Residents can register to vote at the polls in Idaho. To register to vote in person, voters will need a current photo ID and proof of residence.
