IDAHO FALLS — One lane in each direction will be open to motorists today on Interstate-15 near the Pancheri Drive overpass south of Idaho Falls, according to Idaho Transportation Department officials.

The new overpass will be completely open with a total of four lanes of traffic  in early November when the structure is expected to be finished.

Crews are currently paving the roadway and pouring concrete for walkways.

Demolition and removal of the old bridge starts Monday, Oct. 22.

Pancheri Drive will remain open to traffic in both directions throughout the project.
