Cold Cases: Lacking justice

Ben Smith was encouraged last year when police assured him they would go back to square one in the 26-year-old investigation of his sister's murder.

For Ben, trusting law enforcement was a big step. But now he's more frustrated than ever by the lack of progress and effort by the detectives who gave him cause for renewed hope.
