POCATELLO - Bannock County Commissioner Larry Ghan said no one has complained to the Elections Office about "NO on CBO" signs that have suddenly popped up, but resident in South Bannock County said he believes most of the signs in that area have been illegally placed on public right of way property.
The signs have been placed sporadically around Pocatello, but in and around McCammon, they are more densely located, said Ken Andrus, who lives in Lava Hot Springs.
