Charles Neff

BLACKFOOT — A 21-year-old Blackfoot man charged with vehicular manslaughter has pleaded not guilty.

Charles Neff recently entered the not-guilty plea in Bingham County District Court, according to court records. His next court hearing has been set for Oct. 18.

Neff was charged with the felony in August following a fatal accident that same month. Bingham County Sheriff’s officials said at that time that Neff was driving a 1994 Jeep when the vehicle wrecked on the boat dock road in the McTucker Ponds area. Madison Bartausky, 20, died at the scene of the crash.
