Marshall David Lufkin

    IDAHO FALLS — Marshall David Lufkin, 29, of Ammon, was arrested Wednesday and charged with burglary after police say he was caught breaking into a vehicle in the 700 block of 8th Street.

    In addition, Idaho Falls Police Department officers say Lufkin had drug paraphernalia in his possession at the time of his arrest.

    According to the police report, officers were called to 8th Street in reference to a burglary in progress around 11:30 p.m. on May 22. The caller told police he observed a male entering into a vehicle that did not belong to him.

   The suspect, later identified as Lufkin, was eventually located at the intersection of 7th and Cramner avenues.

   Lufkin was taken to the Bonneville County Jail.
