POCATELLO — The Idaho Section of the American Chemical Society is pleased to announce 2012 ACS tour speaker Dr. Richard Philp, the Joe and Robert Klabzuba Chair in Geology and Geophysics at the University of Oklahoma.
Dr. Philp will present a general lecture entitled: “Environmental Forensics-Where did it come from and who did it?.” The presentation will be on Thursday, October 25 at 7 p.m. in the ISU Physical Sciences Complex Room 140. A second technical lecture entitled: “The Role of Compound Specific Isotopes in Environmental Forensics” will occur on Friday, October 26 at 1 p.m. in the ISU Physical Sciences Complex Room 144.
