IDAHO FALLS — Representatives of Holland America Line and Princess Cruises are holding a job fair in Idaho Falls Thursday, March 7 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Idaho Department of Labor office, 1515 E. Lincoln Rd.

    Specifically, hiring managers are looking to employ a set of driving guides for Alaskan tours this summer.

    Carnival Corporation officials, who operate Holland America Line and Princess Cruises, will provide paid commercial driver’s license training. The training begins on  March 16 in Rexburg. The pay is $10.50 up to $13 an hour, depending on experience.

    In addition, the companies are offering a $500 bonus for completion of the training course and a $200 referral bonus to applicants who bring someone with them who qualifies for the job. Discounted cruise and travel opportunities, along with longevity bonuses are also offered.
