POCATELLO - The POW*MIA Awareness Rally Inc., will welcome home Spc. Matthew Kissel, United States Army, 3rd ACR on Feb. 22 at 6:15 p.m. at the Pocatello Regional Airport.

Community members and veterans should be at the airport at 5:45 p.m. to welcome him.
