POCATELLO - The 41st annual Potato Conference will be Jan. 21 and 22 in Pocatello at the Idaho State University Pond Student Union. Hours are Jan. 21 from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., and Jan. 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

In-state registration is $15 until Jan. 9 and $20 at the door. Out-of-state is $75 until Jan. 9 or $90 at the door. Major topics include efficiency, sustainability and profitability of the industry. The Idaho Crop Improvement Association's Idaho Seed Potato Growers seminar will be Jan. 20 from noon to 5 p.m. at the Red Lion Hotel, 1555 Pocatello Creek Road.
