POCATELLO - A local man was flown to a Salt Lake City hospital in critical condition Saturday after being thrown from his car when it rolled on the interchange from Interstate 15 to Interstate 86.

Layton Funk was navigating the interchange, also known as the Flying Y, going from I-15 to westbound I-86 at about 3 p.m. when he lost control and his 1992 Ford Explorer rolled. Funk was ejected from the vehicle, according to a report from the Idaho State Police.
