POCATELLO - A local man became a bit too spirited during an investigation of a report of reckless driving, necessitating police officers to use a stun gun to gain his compliance.

Hugh T. Enno, 39, of Pocatello, was charged with misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer, driving under the influence and battery.

"Officers responded originally to a traffic complaint near his residence of someone driving recklessly," Pocatello Police Capt. Steve Findley said. "They ultimately ended up contacting him and discovere he was DUI. Apparently, he decided to take the officers on and ended up being tased."

Enno was uninjured and was transported to the Bannock County Jail.
