Nov. 15, 1998: Pocatello business executive Kary Lewis was named Marketer of the Year by the Idaho State University Marketing Association. Lewis is chief financial officer of Lewis Corporation, a family owned business.

Nov. 15, 1983: Pocatello Police remind motorists they will be cited if they don't scrape ice off their windshields. They also will cite motorists who don't drive safely for existing road conditions.

50 years ago

Nov. 15, 1958: Dr. and Mrs. C.F. Overturf scored first at duplicate bridge club's junior session at the Bannock Hotel. Gloria Jenkins and Zelma Gilmore were second, and Mr. and Mrs. Neil Bills, third.
