POCATELLO - A former staff member at a youth drug and alcohol treatment facility who is charged with two counts of rape involving a 17-year-old juvenile resident waived his preliminary hearing Thursday.
Joshua Bringhurst, 26, was a direct care staff member at MK Place, a nonprofit facility operated under the umbrella of Bannock Youth Foundation. Bringhurst, who worked at the facility for more than three years, resigned his position in May, shortly after the relationship was disclosed by the alleged victim.
