POCATELLO—Idaho State University Athletic Director Jeff Tingey declined to comment Tuesday night about the allegations that ISU football coach Mike Kramer shoved a player during an Oct. 3 practice.

"University personnel do no comment on these issues," Tingey said. "As a whole we don't comment on personnel issues. There's an ongoing investigation and we can't comment."

Tingey also would not comment when asked if Kramer's apparent behavior on the videotape—shoving a player—was unusual for a coach.

The Journal asked if Kramer would be commenting on the incident and Tingey said that would be up to Kramer.

"I can't speak for Coach Kramer," Tingey said.

ISU officials said any decision on disciplinary action against Kramer would have to wait until after the outcome of the police investigation.
