Grace 47, Butte County 42

GRACE - Kylee Jensen scored 12 points to lead unbeaten Grace to a 47-42 home victory Saturday against Butte County.

Nikki Hobbs added 11 for the 2A Grizzlies, who improved to 4-0 with the win.

They took a 12-2 lead after the first quarter, and never again did the 2A Pirates get closer than five points.

"It helped our confidence a lot," said Grace coach Kevin Smith "We've shoved a lot at this girls, and they've started to catch on."

Grace won't play again until Dec. 3, when it visits 1A North Gem.
