TERRETON - Quinn Aldous has been stressing rebounding with his Aberdeen boys' basketball team, and the message appears to be sinking in.
The Tigers dominated the glass Wednesday in a 71-46 win at West Jefferson.
"It's something we're really working on," Aldous said of rebounding.
For the game, Aberdeen pulled down 42 rebounds, with Bo Duffin leading the way with 10.
After lingering football injuries slowed the Tigers in their first coulple games, nine players managed to score in this one, led by Cody Snyder and Aaron Schritter with 16 points each.
"We played a lot better tonight," Aldous said. "We were still in a football funk with kids injured. We're starting to get kids back and healthy."
The Tigers (2-1) will host American Falls on Friday.
