DUBOIS - Rockland girls' basketball coach Vern Nelson was worried about the energy his team would bring to the court on Friday.

He found his answer rather quickly.

"It was good enough to win," he said. "That was good. This was a good win coming off a hard fought game the other night."

Whitney Woodworth led Rockland with 14 points. On defense, everyone helped out. Amanda Spillett grabbed 12 rebounds and six steals. Amanda Munk snared 12 rebounds as well.
