Riggin Smith and Raegan Steed won this year’s District 9 rodeo all-around titles after the season’s final event May 25 in Tremonton, Utah.
Steed netted 352.5 points. She finished second in barrel racing, third in breakaway roping, fourth in goat tying, 10th in pole bending and third in team roping with partner Payt Goodey.
Smith scored 340 points, thanks to first-place finishes in calf roping and saddle bronc riding, a second-place mark in steer wrestling and a fourth-place finish in team roping with parter Bodee Ekstrom.

Bareback riding: Tyron Hirschi, barrel racing: Paige Bennett, breakaway roping: Lexi Johnson, bull riding: Tyson Hirschi; goat tying: Brynlee Smith, pole bending: Shaylie Peck, steer wrestling: Whitt Smith, team roping: Caleb Montgomery/Colten Montgomery.
