A few days ago Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said the he was looking for paths to communicate with the government of North Korea.

Donald Trump’s response, via Twitter, was, “he's wasting his time trying to negotiate with Little Rocket Man.”

So, aside from using that stinging playground name calling, what option(s) does that leave for our country to deal with the current situation Mr. President?
