DUBOIS - In a dominating preformance, North Gem defeated Clark County 62-34, which puts them at 4-1 in Rocky Mountain Conference play and 11-7 for the season. Natilee Simons and Kirsti Christensen led the Cowboys' first-quater charge, said North Gem coach Corry Hatch.

Simons' and Christensen's early efforts helped to fire up their teammates and set the tone for a fast-paced game.

"We came out pretty fast, and in all reality, we're just better," said Hatch. The North Gem girls' basketball team will face Rockland on saturday.
