CHUBBUCK — The city of Chubbuck will have a new mayor after challenger Rodney Burch secured the upset against longtime incumbent Kevin England in Tuesday's election.

Burch secured the victory with 1,511 votes or 55.49 percent against England's 1,212 votes or 44.51 percent.

The city’s other contested race, Chubbuck City Council seat 4, saw incumbent Norman Reece Jr. retain his position with 1,590 votes or 59.93 percent against challenger Mandy Peace who had 1,063 votes or 40.07 percent.
