Ricardo Valdes

    POCATELLO — Ricardo Valdes, 57, was arrested and charged with burglary Wednesday after police say he broke a window and stole magazines at a local business.

    The Pocatello man allegedly broke the window at Pegasus, 246 W. Center St. and then reached through and took two magazines before fleeing the scene. He was later located by police, interviewed and charged with burglary.
