BENNINGTON — Multiple people were rushed to a local hospital following a three-vehicle crash Sunday night on Highway 30 in Bennington, a small community north of Montpelier.

The crash occurred around 8:30 p.m. when a 1994 GMC Sierra pickup, a 2024 Ford F-250 pickup and a 2015 Chrysler 200 sedan collided on the highway, according to Idaho State Police.

All three drivers were taken by ambulance to Bear Lake Memorial Hospital in Montpelier for treatment. Their names and conditions have not been released.

The crash shut down Highway 30 in Bennington for 90 minutes.

Further details on how the crash occurred have not been released, as the investigation by state police remains ongoing.
