After being arrested in December on four second-degree felony counts of forcible sexual abuse and having 30 additional charges filed against him in February, Evan Lefevre, 58, now faces four more charges.

Lefevre, a former Logan chiropractor, now faces 38 total charges of forcible sexual abuse from 23 separate cases, following two cases being filed against him Friday.

The most recent allegations made against Lefevre stem from two victims who contacted the Logan City Police Department on Feb. 12.

One alleged she began seeing Lefevre in approximately February of 2022, telling authorities Lefevre partially removed her clothing on at least two occasions to work on her hips and sciatic nerve.

“A few years later,” the woman alleged she returned to Lefevre for an issue with an out-of-place rib when Lefevre again partially exposed her body during an adjustment.

Three of Lefevre’s four additional charges stem from the aforementioned case.

The last of the four recent charges comes from a woman who alleged that in October of 2025 she requested to trade services with Lefevre, as they both worked in the same office building.

“Victim stated that she went in for her appointment with (Lefevre) and during the appointment, without any communication, he lifted her shirt, undid her bra and pulled her bra out of the way,” the probable cause affidavit states.

The victim also alleged Lefevre spent “a long time in the lower back area,” also putting his hands inside of her pants, areas which she had no medical concerns for.

During his interview with law enforcement in December, Lefevre is quoted as saying he conducts adjustments based on “feel.”

“I close my eyes a lot so I think that maybe I’m leaving some exposure there because I’m not really watching what I’m doing; I’m feeling what I’m doing,” Lefevre is quoted as saying.

He allegedly continued to tell law enforcement he could not think of a time he intentionally and inappropriately touched a patient, though he admitted the possibility of it happening, due to his practice of closing his eyes when conducting adjustments.

When the LCPD issued a press release in February, stating Lefevre faced 30 additional charges, it claimed more than 45 women contacted the department to report inappropriate conduct from Lefevre.

“Some of these reports involved conduct that occurred outside the statute of limitations, while others involved conduct that was suspicious or inappropriate, but did not meet the legal threshold for criminal charges,” the press release states.
