Indian Springs sale fails

AMERICAN FALLS - The sale of the Indian Springs Resort and RV Park has fallen through, according to legal representatives for the seller and the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes.

Bill Bacon, the attorney representing the tribes, said the sale was troubled by an underlying lawsuit and cloud on the title. He said the tribes worked with the sellers, the McKinney family of Pocatello, extending the contract's closing date by a week.
