Engineering Professor Habib Sadid confirmed Friday that Idaho State University President Vailas has terminated his employment. The decision follows a ruling last week by a faculty appeals board finding insufficient evidence to terminate his employment. Vailas, however, was not obligated to follow that recommendation.
