LOGAN, Utah — The Cache County Attorney’s Office has filed 30 additional charges of forcible sexual abuse against former Logan chiropractor Evan Lefevre, 58, the Logan City Police Department announced Wednesday afternoon.

Police initially arrested Lefevre in December of 2025, charging him with four counts of forcible sexual abuse, all second-degree felonies, based on incidents from 2018 and 2025.

According to a press release, after the initial arrest, 45 additional women contacted police to report inappropriate conduct by Lefevre.

Some of the reports involved conduct that occurred outside the statute of limitations, while others did not meet the legal threshold for criminal charges, police said.

Following an investigation into these allegations, Logan City Police arrested Lefevre without incident and booked him into the Cache County Jail in connection with 19 additional cases including a total of 30 counts of forcible sexual abuse, all second-degree felonies.

LCPD affirmed its commitment to a full and complete investigation and encouraged anyone who believes they may have been a victim of sexual abuse involving Lefevre, or anyone with information relevant to the cases, to contact dispatch at 435-753-7555.
