Four-year-old Brandon Bearce was recovered unharmed after he was abducted from his home Wednesday by his mother Stefanie Contreras.

    The Twin Falls Police Department, with the assistance of the Hailey Police Department, located Contreras and Bearce in Hailey at 8:45 p.m.

    Contreras was arrested and is in the Blaine County Jail on charges of burglary and kidnapping.

    Two male subjects who were with her have been identified as Daniel Thomas, of Hailey, and Kelvin Milo Jr, of Twin Falls.  Both have been arrested and are also in Blaine County Jail.

    Thomas is being held on charges of aggravated assault, burglary and kidnapping. Milo is charged with burglary and kidnapping.

    Bearce was abducted from his home at 9:50 a.m.

    There were reports that a male subject allegedly accompanying Contreras discharged   a  firearm while the incident was occurring. No further information was available.

    An Amber Alert was  issued and later canceled just after 1:30 p.m. after police received information that the child had been located within a home near Twin Falls However, the information received was incorrect.
