POCATELLO - The state concluded its direct examination of the alleged victim in the Jose Manuel Sanchez 112-count felony aggravated battery trial with the introduction of numerous photos, which allegedly depicted the woman's burned and scarred body.

Sanchez is charged with blistering the woman's flesh with a wood-burning tool multiple times daily during a four-month period in 2007.
